Easy Consult celebrates its 20th Anniversary with series of events in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas.  

In response to Bulgaria’s ongoing demographic crisis and labor shortages in key economic sectors, Easy Consult, one of the leading HR agencies with extensive insights into labor market dynamics in Bulgaria, is organizing a series of panel discussions in September and October 2024 across the country, themed “Demographic Challenges, Opportunities for Attracting Talent from Abroad, and Solutions for Improving the Labor Market and Migration,”, coinciding with the company’s 20th Anniversary celebrations. 

The events aim to bring together government and regional administrations representatives as well as leading experts from various business sectors and HR professionals. The main goal is to explore diverse perspectives and develop potential solutions to enhance Bulgaria’s business environment, making the country more attractive to both foreigners and Bulgarians living abroad and improve the International Mobility and Migration.  

Each panel discussion will be followed by a business cocktail reception to celebrate Easy Consult’s achievements over the years with clients, colleagues, partners, and friends. These milestone events not only mark two decades of professional success but also Easy Consult’s commitment to addressing critical labor market challenges and reflect on the company’s journey and its role in successfully supporting the labor market in Bulgaria.
