Event Overview

Easy Consult is proud to celebrate its 20th Anniversary in 2024 with series of events across the country. The event in Burgas is taking place on September 25th, 2024, in International Congress Center Burgas, featuring a business cocktail reception with clients, colleagues, partners, and friends to celebrate the success and achievements over the last two decades and to reflect on the company’s journey and its role in successfully supporting the labor market in Bulgaria.

What’s more, Easy Consult is organizing a panel discussion themed “Demographic Challenges, Opportunities for Attracting Talent from Abroad, and Solutions for Improving the Labor Market and Migration in Our Country.” 

The objective of the panel is to explore different perspectives and generate ideas to enhance Bulgaria’s business environment, making the country more attractive to both foreigners and Bulgarians living abroad and to explore how HR organizations can support and contribute to the development of the labor market in our country.

Dimitar Nikolov

Mayor of Burgas

Dimitar Nikolov has served as the Mayor of Burgas since 2007, demonstrating a strong commitment to the city’s growth and development. Prior to his mayoral role, he was the manager of “KBS” Ltd. in Burgas in 2006 and served as the Executive Director of “Pobeda” AD from 1998 to 2006. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Moscow and has further enhanced his expertise with a professional diploma and certificate in management from the Open University and New Bulgarian University. Additionally, he earned a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the Academy of Economics in Svishtov.

Rector of the Burgas Free University and Bulgaria’s Representative in the European Innovation Council and Innovation Ecosystems under the EU Horizon Europe Program. He co-chairs the Group of Senior Stakeholders for the Black Sea Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (BS SRIA). Transitioning from a business consultant to an academic and researcher, Prof. Baltov has been a key expert and coordinator for innovation development projects in Bulgaria, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Kazakhstan.
