Easy Consult is proud to celebrate its 20th Anniversary in 2024 with series of events across the country. The event in Sofia is taking place on October 10th, 2024, in Planet Shwarz Tech Theater Sofia, featuring a business cocktail reception with clients, colleagues, partners, and friends to celebrate the success and achievements over the last two decades and to reflect on the company’s journey and its role in successfully supporting the labor market in Bulgaria. 

What’s more, Easy Consult is organizing a panel discussion themed “Demographic Challenges, Opportunities for Attracting Talent from Abroad, and Solutions for Improving the Labor Market and Migration in Our Country.”  

The objective of the panel is to explore different perspectives and generate ideas to enhance Bulgaria’s business environment, making the country more attractive to both foreigners and Bulgarians living abroad and to explore how HR organizations can support and contribute to the development of the labor market in our country.

Michail Petrov

CEO Schwarz IT Bulgaria

Michail Petrov is CEO of Schwarz IT Bulgaria. He began his career as a regional CFO in real estate for Eastern Europe, then became CFO and Board Member of Kaufland Bulgaria. In 2012, he founded Kaufland Service, developing the three pillars of business activities – IT development HUB, food vouchers, and car leasing. A CFO Club member and Society of the Future founder, he’s an innovation advocate, promoting social, sports, and environmental activities.

Director Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad

Rayna Mandjukova has dedicated her career to advocating for improved government coordination and fostering relations with Bulgarian communities and schools abroad. She actively engages with various NGOs and advisory councils like World Bulgaria Association (2002), Association of Bulgarian Schools Abroad (2007), Agency for Bulgarians Abroad (ABA) until 2007 and Centre of Bessarabia Bulgarians in Bulgaria (2016). Mandjukova hosted “Would You Tell Me Cloud White” for 12 years, featuring over 500 notable Bulgarians abroad, reconnecting them with Bulgaria.

Iliya Krastev has built a world-class management team providing data and business intelligence services and successfully led the company A Data Pro for more than 10 years. An advocate for sustainable business practices, with passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, he supports startups in SEE and is a Chairman of the Bulgarian Association for Innovation, Business Excellence, Services and Technology (AIBEST). He holds an MBA from Cotrugli Business School, Global Management and Leadership Certification from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, and SME HR Development specialization at Tokai University.

She has more than 20 years of experience in consulting multinational companies on attracting and retaining talent, including in cross-border situations, in compliance with tax, social security, labor and immigration legislation. Creator and lecturer at EY HR Academy, as well as a regular speaker at conferences and events held by organizations from the HR industry in Bulgaria. Nevena graduated with a degree in Business Law from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Tax Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
